How many guests can you accomodate for a reception?

Accepted Answer

For a plated dinner, 200 guests can be seated. If you wish to host a cocktail style reception, our Sanctuary space can hold 295.

Question 2

How long is the rental period for wedding receptions?

Accepted Answer

Doors open for load-in of event items at 10am. Specific event times will be booked for a 6 hour blocks, with the latest block of time ending at 11pm. All vendors should have load-out complete by 12am

Do we have to use specific vendors?

Accepted Answer

We pride ourselves on being flexible and accommodating. You may choose which vendors you wish to work with. Please be advised though, that all vendors should be approved with your Grace representative before signing.

Question 4

Do you have an on-site kitchen?

Accepted Answer

Grace has a one of a kind open concept kitchen in our Sanctuary space for your licensed caterers to prepare dishes. There is a fee for the full use of kitchen facilities.

Question 5

Am I allowed to use my own bartenders or have my caterer provide bar service?

Accepted Answer

Here at Grace, we have all of your bar and beverage needs covered. We have several packages to choose from, and all are customizable. Our licensed bar staff will work hard to provide for all guest needs. Due to our specific liquor licensing, all liquor must be purchased through Grace, and no outside liquor may be present on the property.

Do I need to hire an event planner or coordinator?

Accepted Answer

It is highly recommended. A Grace representative will be available to answer questions about our space, as well as help with scheduling and access to our spaces, but will not be responsible for coordinating your event the day of. Your caterer may be able to provide these services, or you may hire a licensed and insured wedding planner.

Question 7

Are you wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

We are. We have ground floor access to our Greatroom space, and a wheelchair elevator to the first floor of our Sanctuary.

Question 8

Do you have onsite parking?

Accepted Answer

We do not. There are a number of on-street parking spaces, and there are plenty lots and garages in the area. You may also secure metered parking in advance with the city
